Shopping at Chocolate impressions is safe. Every credit card purchase on Chocolate Impressions is covered by our Safe Shopping Guarantee.
Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Chocolate Impressions will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Chocolate Impressions will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Chocolate Impressions while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Workmanship
Chocolate Impressions guaranties its work. We take great pride in providing a product that is personalized and has a fresh flavor. We rotate our stock on a continuing basis and keep only the best chocolate in stock. Our products are all hand wrapped with an eye for flaws. We remove any item that is not perfect. After all you want your event perfect in everyway and we respect that.
With our personalized products, you always get a proof to approve. This will transmitted either by email or fax. We ask you approve the proof before we perform the work. If we make a mistake, we will gladly replace the merchandize or refund your money. Please review the proofs completely because if you make the mistake, we cannot refund or reproduce the order.
Shipping
We also guarantee the chocolate will be in good shape when it arrives. We use cold packs and coolers to ship our products during warm weather. We pack the chocolate very tightly to insure no rubbing damage will occur and the cold packs are sized to insure ground shipment on UPS across the US. Most firms want you to pay second day air, which is expensive. We try to work with you as far as shipping to get you the best price. Also we are NOT in the cold pack and cooler business therefore we do not markup our coolers and cold packs. We charge you what we have to pay and no more. A cold pack and cooler currently runs $5.00.
